The most effective way to learn is to experience it for yourself. This new instructional design coach is trained on my process and methods. It will walk you through the design phases of your own real training programs. It will prompt you with questions and assist in the development of the foundation for your course, taking you through the purpose, learning outcomes, topics, and lesson plan. Then guiding you through the process of acquiring content and incorporating evidence-informed activities and exercises. At the end you will have the complete lesson plan which you can use to develop the course materials yourself, or plug into your AI model of choice for slide decks, handouts and manuals.

There is a low monthly subscription fee, so you can use it as little or as much as you need.
